Community duty, two words different meanings, when I was in second year I taught when you are in a community duty  you will be eating fruits in the area, walking through rice fields, exposing your precious skins under  the sun and walking through rough rivers and bridges. For our two-week stay in the community I enjoyed every single minute of it, learning doesn’t only happen in the four corners of the classroom but also outside those walls. In the community gaining the trust of the community is important as it would not only gain the cooperation of the community but also to live with their lives and to learn from it. With that community exposure I have seen that there are more less fortunate children than we are, if our parents doesn’t give what we want we keep on bragging them until they give in, in the community they live a simple life no cellular phones, televisions and other things. This simplicity of life that they have concludes how blessed we are compared to them in different terms that we should be contented and happy for what we have, this also stimulated me to be more focused on my study and not to waste my time with other nonsensical things. In the community I also learned that cooperation is very important in a group composed of different personalities and that this would set out the individual differences in us and would lead to attaining our goals in our activities. But the most important thing I learned was to serve others with love, nursing is a caring profession and to be therapeutic you need to serve with love and not to choose your clients, we doesn’t do community duties just to finish the requirements of this degree get our license and pass the board, this duty gives us the opportunity to do first hand caring to the less fortunate and at least made them smile with the things we are doing to them and to serve others is the basic single most form of sharing love.

Stop sending chain messages to me specially when it talks about God loving that you should send that stupid message to as many people as possible so that he will for give you blah blah blah. i’m a bit skeptic but as far as i can remember coming from a catholic high school; i learned that God loved us unconditionally and it means that he doesn’t need something in exchange of his love for us. and i know that he will always be there and always ready to extend his arms when we need him. so please stop sending chain messages God loves us and doing simple things like praying, going to church and doing good things are our big gifts to God. so please stop texting those chain messages and besides God doesn’t have a cellphone he only have eyes that can see every little move that you do.
